Cross-cultural research is crucial for understanding the diverse perspectives, values, and practices related to climate change across different societies and communities.

By examining various cultural contexts, the Multicultural Leadership Initiative can identify unique insights and solutions that may not be apparent from a single cultural viewpoint. This holistic approach enables the development of more inclusive and effective climate change mitigation and adaptation strategies that resonate with diverse populations worldwide.

This approach ultimately fosters cross-cultural understanding and collaboration, which is essential for achieving global consensus and collective prosperity when addressing the complex challenges of climate change.

"Can't thank MLI enough for its fantastic work to ensure the way culturally and linguistically diverse communities think about, and respond to, climate change is top of mind for communicators. It's an invaluable piece of the puzzle to ensure Australia takes the greatest strides on climate action it can."

To combat misinformation and disinformation stemming from cultural or confirmation bias we release our research findings in workshop format. This ensure questions can be answered in realtime and guidance provided. Please be mindful this is a resource intensive process and not all EOIs can be fulfilled.

Our research is used to develop the many training and capacity building programs we run. We encourage you to register there to hear and experience the insights first hand. Alternatively, you may complete the Expression of Interest form below and we will respond to you in due course.
